I'm a lifestyle medicine physiotherapist. Through evidence-based approaches and lessons from my own health transformation, I help people build sustainable habits that stick, one small change at a time.

✍️ My Story

My journey to becoming a lifestyle medicine expert was deeply personal.


In 2022, while juggling a demanding career as a physical therapist, I faced a health scare that would transform my approach to wellness.


During a family visit to the Philippines, I contracted COVID-19. Unlike my husband who recovered quickly, my symptoms persisted for weeks. My case was complicated by a long-standing battle with metastatic thyroid cancer that had been part of my life since age 18.


This crisis became my catalyst for change.


Desperate for solutions, I dove into medical research, discovering compelling evidence about the power of lifestyle medicine—particularly plant-based nutrition—in improving health outcomes.

What started as an urgent need to heal myself evolved into a passionate pursuit of knowledge. I earned certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell, became a Certified Nutritional Physical Therapist, and achieved diplomate status with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.


The results were remarkable.


Within a year of implementing these evidence-based lifestyle changes, I achieved what seemed impossible: my metastatic cancer went into remission. But more than that, I discovered a sustainable approach to health that worked even with my packed schedule.


This experience reshaped my approach to patient care and view wellness. I learned that true health isn't about extreme diets or time-consuming routines—it's about making smart, science-backed choices that fit into our busy lives.


The six pillars of lifestyle medicine (nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, avoiding risky substances, and positive relationships) became my framework for helping others thrive despite their hectic schedules.

My mission is simple: to show busy professionals that optimal health isn't about perfection—it's about finding sustainable strategies that work within the constraints of real life. Because I've lived it, I know it's possible to thrive despite a packed schedule, and I'm here to show you how.
